Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All reservations must be made at least 5days in advance to ensure availability. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse service in the case of unsafe setup conditions or non-compliance with our rental terms. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will incur a 35% charge. Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event will be charged 75% of the total rental cost. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will be charged the full rental amount. In the case of severe weather, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a partial credit toward a future booking. Rescheduling You may reschedule your event once at no charge if notified at least 5 days prior to the original date. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. No-Show Policy If you or your authorized contact are not present at the agreed delivery time and location, a $90 missed delivery fee will be applied.
